Today I would like to give you an insight into my exciting journey as CEO of jonatos marketplace, which started in 2022. It is an incredible feeling to see the positive development and at the same time to have successfully completed my technical school on July 13th of this year. This time was challenging, but it also marks the end of a tough stage and now allows me to focus even more on our company and let it continue to grow.

The idea of ​​founding our company arose out of a need and a vision. The need was very simple, I needed more money.
The vision for our company started one morning during my school days when I was thinking about how I could generate additional income. Based on my previous experience in switch cabinet construction, I knew that this area had great potential for commercial success. The idea of ​​starting my own automation engineering company became more and more concrete when I realized that I could not only make money, but also offer customers a better experience. The idea of ​​developing innovative solutions that optimize processes and help companies become more efficient drove me to pursue my dream. With this vision and a healthy dose of courage, I put the plan into action and founded our company. Since then, we've grown steadily and managed to exceed our customers' expectations, which fills me up every day.

The initial phase was definitely not easy. We had to assert ourselves in a competitive market and convince potential customers of the advantages of our automation technology. But with hard work, innovative solutions and a customer-centric approach, we quickly gained momentum. Our first clients were impressed with the results and recommended us to others, which helped us expand our network.

Through these positive recommendations, we began to win larger projects and expand our team. We placed great emphasis on talent nurturing and development, hiring professionals who shared our pursuit of excellence. Each employee brought unique skills that helped strengthen our company and expand our technological expertise.

The next milestones for our company are exciting and promising. One of the main goals is to further expand personal contact with our customers. Another important step is entry in the commercial register. This step not only gives us the necessary legal security, but also underlines the seriousness and reliability of our company towards customers and partners.

And if customers need parts that cannot be found on our website, we want to give them the opportunity to send us an inquiry directly. By responding to specific customer requests and processing them quickly and professionally, we want to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

And now, here we are: A few years later with an up-and-coming company that has successfully established itself on the market. Our team has grown, our customer base has expanded, and we are proud of the role we play in the automation industry. The hard work has paid off and I couldn't be more grateful for the dedication and support of my colleagues, partners and customers.

The completion of my technical school on July 13 of this year was particularly important to me. The time during school was exhausting and challenging, but it developed me personally and professionally. Graduating marks the end of an intense phase and I am now even more focused on taking our company to the next level.
