The Keyence IV3-G120 is a compact vision sensor amplifier with built-in AI logic and autofocus, ideal for demanding image processing tasks. It offers up to 65 detection tools (e.g., contour, OCR, color/area analysis) and can store up to 128 programs (with SD card). With 8 digital inputs and 8 Photo-MOS outputs (switchable N.O./N.C.) as well as Ethernet communication (including EtherNet/IP, PROFINET), it can be flexibly integrated into automation systems. The integrated white light LED illumination supports reliable image capture, and with the function to store up to 100 images, an image history can be maintained. The amplifier operates at 24 V and typically consumes up to 2.2 A (without AI light unit), up to 3.4 A with built-in illumination. The total weight is about 300 g.
