The Keyence IV3-600CA is a vision sensor with integrated AI and color camera, designed for applications with a wide field of view. It uses a 1/2.9" color sensor with 1280×960 pixels and automatically adjusts the focus during installation. The sensor supports numerous tools such as OCR, color ranges, edge detection, blob analysis, and more. The working distance starts at 50 mm, and at greater distances, the field of view increases accordingly. With protection class IP67, the device is protected against dust and water ingress. The sensor has up to 6 I/O ports (3 of which can be selected as inputs or outputs) and supports Ethernet communication including PoE. Depending on the configuration, the weight is approximately 300 g (without AI light module).
